Dear Parents, Caregivers and Students -
WoW ! The end of term 1—I am sure as we get older the time gets faster!
Last week we had an interesting visit from Jerome Kavanagh who showed us amazing Maori instruments. Everyone then made their own instrument out of clay. Keep practising as all will make a great sound.
The Great Ginger Beer experiment! What an interesting mix of flavours. Well done to all of you. Some of the designs were original and well prepared.
ALL raffle cards are due in tomorrow please!!
Camp—Thank you very much to all those responses to our camp—The decision is Camp Wainui –82%. So full steam ahead on the organisational and fundraising front!!
This week: Tuesday—Good luck to the Highlanders - off to the Rippa Rugby competition in Cromwell. (Grace, Talia, Molly and Shannon)
Wednesday and Thursday—Self Defence course with Sandra Stewart.
Thursday –2:00 Opening for the new building. All welcome to attend. There will be an informal walk through of the building.
